How does family reunification happen under the One-Year-Window (OYW)?

In this session we’ll go over what exactly the “One-Year-Window”(OYW) of opportunity is and why it matters to permanent residents who arrived to Canada within the last year under the privately sponsored refugee stream, who also happen to have non-accompanying family members.

We’ll go over who is eligible to be processed under the One-Year-Window provision and what sponsors’ responsibilities are in the OYW scenario.
